Azzad Gourmet Follows the Exchange & Refund Policy according to the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce Law No. (39/2014) as per the following:
Returns & Exchange
1) Refund or exchange process usually takes within maximum 14 days of purchasing date
2) All returned, replaced products must be in their original packaging, and in a good condition for reselling.
3) All orders will be refunded or exchanged if the product is received Faulty or damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect
according to the mentioned above policy.
4) By law; all Fresh Food, Frozen Food, and Bakery Food are as Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable items or products.
5) All returns should be made at the time of delivery otherwise, bring the returned product to Gourmet store.
6) It takes 7-10 business days to refund a cancellation or return of product when using the Credit Card Online Payment Method.
7) The time it takes for a refund to go back onto your card due to order cancellation or return of product when using the K-NET. Payment Method will depend on the issuing bank.
8) You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.
9) You have the right to receive your refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as Visa/Mastercard/Knet fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
